This box is a monthly subscription.  You can cancel at any time, but it MUST be done before your account is charged on the 25th of the month.  Once your account is charged, we cannot refund your money as the item has been cut just for you!

Once you receive your box, please check to make sure no items are missing or damaged.  If so, please contact us ASAP so we can get the problem rectified.
