All CraftyCreations Boxes will be shipped out by the 8th of the month to ensure you have your box in time for my LIVE tutorial in my exclusive Facebook Group.

Once you receive your box, please check to make sure no items are missing or damaged. If so, please contact us ASAP so we can get the problem rectified.

All orders are shipped via USPS (US Postal Service) or UPS, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 5-7 business days after the order ships.
- If you have NOT received a tracking number after 3 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
- Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the U.S. Postal Service or UPS, as the order is now in their possession. You can contact the U.S. Postal Service at usps.com,or (800)275-8777 or UPS at UPS.com
- If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact your post office or the UPS, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the U.S. Postal Service).
