Subscription Policy

• Initial Charge: For the first month only, your payment will be processed on the day you sign up.
• Monthly Cutoff Date: To receive the current month’s kit, please subscribe by the 1st. Subscriptions made after the 1st will begin the following month.
• Example: If you subscribe on January 15, you will be charged immediately and receive the February box. Beginning the next cycle, all charges will be processed on the 1st of each month.
• Refunds & Returns: Each box is thoughtfully curated just for you. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds or returns.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time.
• To avoid being charged for the upcoming month’s kit, please ensure your cancellation is processed before the 1st of the month. Cancellations made on or after the 1st will apply to the following month, and no refunds will be issued for that cycle.
