Can I cancel anytime?  

Of course!  You MUST cancel BEFORE you are billed on the 25th of the month, or will still receive the next month's kit- so plan accordinglhy.  After the 25th, there will be no refunds!

What is included in my Craft Creations Crate?

• Each month the box will be brand new.  It may be seasonal, holiday or an everyday theme.   Each Crate will contain an Unfinished wood DIY kit along with a coordinating embellishment.
• Your kit is exclusive to us, and we will not be available in our Etsy shop for 1 for year from it's launch.
• When you sign up, I will send you an invitation to join my BRAND new Facebook Group called CraftBox Creations VIP Group.  This group is exclusive to subscription members only and FREE!  
• I will go live once a month, (a tentative calendar will be provided).  We can craft together, or you can watch, and create on your own.
• Each crate will include detailed instructions, a list of items I used and you may want to have on hand, as well as a  finished picture for inspiration if you choose to use.

What will I need?

I will send a list of the items I used to help you in deciding what you need.  I encourage you to use the colors you like, not necessarily what I choose, although you are welcome to of course!

What if something is missing or broken when I received it?

Please open your crate immediately and check for missing or broken pieces.  If there is a problem, please reach out to us ASAP, so we can get the problem fixed for you.  You can reach us here!  Jtrudydesigns@gmail.com
